Cwm under 16's (Year 1990/91) have played together for 8 years from under 8's. If there is one single distinctive and unique dynamic that sets them apart from other teams is the fact that the vast majority of players live in Cwm.  Not only has their success and enjoyment of football developed, but their friendship and camaraderie grown in parallel. Recent additions to the squad have blended into the team's ethos and flourished both on and off the field. 

The teams latest successes are a reflection of the brand of open style free flowing football that encourages wide play. This play emphasizes the ability and temperament of the squad to firstly, enjoy football and secondly be competitive at all times.
